Duties of Members
| 1. |
Pay the Membership Fee; |
| 2.. |
Religiously remitting the CETF due to APEX organization; |
| 3. |
Pay the annual dues one peso per member of primary cooperative; |
| 4. |
Submit the audited financial statement |
| 5. |
To participate in all general assembly’s; activities, programs, projects and undertakings. |
| 6. |
To make use of services of the union; |
| 7. |
To vote in all matters considered in the meetings, and to be voted upon in elections, subject only to such qualifications as provided in the by-laws or the General Assembly may prescribe; and |
| 8. |
To receive all the benefits of membership in the Union. |

Qualification for Membership
Open to all types of registered primary cooperatives located / operating within the Province of Cavite and has the following qualifications:
| Complete the prescribed pre-membership education training; |
| Undertake to uphold the By-laws, policies, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors and the general assembly; |
| Pay the minimum subscription for regular members; |

Application for Membership
| 1. |
Application for membership shall be in writing ACCOMPANIED BY BOARD RESOLUTION FROM THE COOP CONCERNED to be approved by a majority of the Board of Directors OF CUC; |
| 2.. |
Application for membership shall be accompanied by a membership fee of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P1, 000.00 payable upon submissions. This fee shall be non-refundable. |
| 3. |
Photocopy of the following:
| i. CDA Registration Certificate |
| ii. Articles of Cooperation |
| iii. By-Laws |
| iv. Audited Financial Statement |

| 4. |
An application rejected by the Board may be appealed to the General Assembly by giving notice to the Secretary at least 30 days before said assembly, whose decision shall be final. |
